My experience with Artilect has been great, the materials, design and fit in your products is great. And customer service has also been good.
The only thing I would like to see a change
in is the size inclusivity. I'm a woman with a slightly taller and muscular, but still a lean build and I have to order a size L or XL in all of your gear. This means that you are losing on a large portion of potential customers, that are taller and larger than me. I would like to see some added plus sizes for your products in the future.
