The actual product seems superb. Due to sizing (more later) I ended up buying two of the Beerenberg jumpers. I've been looking for a proper, heavy jumper for years. First one I found that fits the bill. Delivery is prompt. CS leaves something to be desired though. No response to my query about sizing. And (to me) at least, the sizing charts were imprecise (sleeve length for example. This is important to me as I have arms like a gibbon, but nowhere does it tell you if it's should seam to cuff end or what) I ordered XL because that's what the 'pit to pit' size of my favourite jumper indicated. Was far too large. Ordered two in L (error on colour) and ended up keeping both. Sitting in one now and loving it :) I think as a small company there is a massive opportunity to smash the customer service out of the park, but resources can be limited. I hope they stick around until I've worn out both of Beerenbergs and need new ones :)
