I bought 6 sweaters for my family this year. There was a small issue with my shipment to the U.S., and Arthur Beale provided exemplary customer service. It was truly commendable, and I appreciate it so much. I know at a busy time of year, it's not always easy to attend to customer complaints, but AB couldn't have been more responsive. I only wish they had a U.S. outlet! As a kid (I'm 64 now) I lived in Norway for a time and I had an oiled wool sweater. Occasionally, I have looked for them in the U.S. but to no avail. I was so pleased to find them through Arthur Beale. I look forward to my whole family wearing them for years to come. The quality and look are amazing! Thank you!
