Walking passed today and a piece of jewellery caught my eye, I wasn't out to buy anything but went in on the spur of the moment just to look little closer at it, It was beautiful the lady who served me Rose was helpful but not pushy, she was happy to be asked questions about the pendant, and took time to chat and we felt even if we weren't going to buy she was still happy to spend the time to serve us. All in all a very pleasant experience and extremely happy with the piece we bought. Thank you Rose
