A couple of the boxes are lacking in inspiration eg pens and pencils. Art is a lot wider than 2D.
The delays in boxes, twice now, is frustrating for something that only comes to us four times a year. You need to consider tempting people to retain their subscription if this kind of situation continues. I would also prefer you moved back to high quality known brands. We have no benchmark for your own brand.
