My first impression was good and I like most of the products. However, recently I was promised to be sent a screen print box after artful had issues charging my PayPal. After a lot of emails back and forth they confirmed they sent the box, with me reminding them about the right box just 3 days earlier. However, once I received it it was the wrong box, the pencil one that I really don’t want. Instead of solving the issue, they wanted me to pay for the return, and as a EU member it’s very costly. I already pay more for delivery and customs, so I was really disappointed with their attitude about sending the wrong box and not resolving it. I paid £47 for the wrong box, and to have the right box sent to me I’d pay another £25, making the box very expensive and me paying for their mistake. I was going to buy top up boxes and all sorts, but now I cancelled my membership and I’ll never recommend them again. They sadly don’t care about their customers. They justify it with that my payment should have been in February to be sent the screen print box, however they never told me that and it’s poor to do so retrospectively. We emailed plenty with both account and PayPal issues so they had many opportunities to tell me I couldn’t get the box. We EU customers are dedicated since it cost us a lot more and the delivery is over a month, so I’d expect decent customer care the least.
