Dear Artful Staff, thank you so much for your carefully arranged boxes. I’ve only had two boxes from you until today but I can clearly see that you put all your heart in your boxes. I equally love the art supplies and the magazine. It’s always a pleasure to me to read about artists, get to know their work and then start being creative myself with the things you sent me. All the things you send are of really high quality and it’s a pleasure to work with them. Unfortunately, there are very big problems with the parcel service DPD and their business partner Sovereign Courier which ship to Germany. My parcel with the additional watercolors, which I ordered after I got the Watercolor box in June, already arrived two weeks ago in Germany but has still not been delivered to my house. I contacted DPD several times to solve the problem but they just don’t seem to care about it. I am very unhappy with their service and can only ask you not to ship parcels with them again to Germany. The parcels before were shipped with FedEx and DHL and I never had any problem with these companies. Thank you very much. Kind regards from Germany Anna
