Package arrived on time and very well packaged. I just think it a pity that you use Yodel as your courier of choice - previous delivery was left in basement & their photo had to no bearing of this, this delivery was left on my doorstep (on a city centre street.). I wouldn’t trust Yodel one little bit (& I speak from 20 years experience of managing the mailroom of a London university.)
I’m sorry this is not a criticism of Aromaroma, but your choice of courier.
