I bought some timber on the 2nd August and, after several emails to the company asking where it was, I received a reply almost a month later, saying it had been delivered. As I think I would have noticed if piles of timber had turned up on my doorstep, I rang Timberworld to confirm that no, it hadn't been delivered.
It turned out that the timber had been sent to another address 14.9 miles away (different village/different postcode). This, in itself, was really annoying, but I accept that mistakes happen!
But it has been almost a week and the refund still has been processed. I have sent a couple of emails to Timberworld regarding this but I'm now being ghosted. I honestly don't know what to do to get my money back, and I'm having to look into my legal options. It's a headache I could without, and I will certainly never buy from this awful company again.
