I have given 4 stars for the order process and the condition of the goods when delivered. The online process was very good and easy to use. I was impressed when I received a call 10 minutes after making my online order to ask about delivery and when it was convenient. I opted for the next day and was told that someone would ring me in the morning to give me a delivery time. Sadly no one rang and I had to ring myself at lunchtime. I was told that the driver was "just about to ring me" I gave them my mobile number as I had to go out. No one rang either my home number or my mobile number, I was out for just under an hour and when I got back the timber sheets were leaning against my garage door. Luckily the weather was fine. I give 1 star for the after sales/delivery process and might now think twice about using Laver again.
