Although the delivery didn't arrive on the day I was informed. It did arrive the next day. It wasn't clear that I was ordering in meters, I believed I was ordering 2.4m lengths of decking. Also the site stated 2" x 6" batons sold in 3.6m lengths, 4.8m lengths arrived, but Lisa (a sales assistant from the Anniesland branch) was very friendly and helpful and was able to sort out the issues I had with my order.
