we have been dealing with you now for about a year. we have one small complaint which is we have always collected the order we place from the same store in Sheffield. Only the last order we tried to collect from the store we were told it was at another timberworld at the other side of town.
looking on our email which said the order was ready for collection there was nothing telling us it was at a different store. maybe this is something you could look into many thanks Paul
