I ordered timber online. The staff at Mosborough were tremendously helpful and efficient. However, I felt that the online ordering system was a bit cumbersome. The stock I'd ordered was available only at another branch. Had I known, I could have chosen the same timber, in different lengths, which was in stock at Mosborough and thus have avoided the short delay. It would be useful if the website gave stock levels for each branch. Overall, the timber was good quality and competitively priced and the staff were great.
