Fantastic products and fantastic service. I purchased an Alyssa pump from one of the baby and toddler shows back in November 2023, I was 5 months pregnant at the time. The lady was an asset to the company, providing me with amazing advice and words of wisdom, she advised me not to open the pump until I was 6 weeks into breastfeeding, so if I hadn’t gotten on with breastfeeding, I could return it. 6 weeks into my breastfeeding journey, I gave it a whirl, super easy to use, easy to take the parts apart to clean and very sleek. I then went on to order the wearable shells, I emailed for some advice first and had a super quick, informative reply. The shells arrived and all was well until the pump unit had an electrical error. I emailed once again and a new unit was sent straight away, it arrived the next day. I have returned the faulty pump and norm service has resumed. I cannot thank the team enough, not only for their amazing products but also for their friendly, approachable and efficient way of working.
