I am verybimpressed with this medical grade breast pump, after using 3 different medical grade pumps this has to be my absolute favourite. What separates this device is that double expression is possible through its own plug in, which means that the vacuum and cycles force remains the same, where as with other brands that share the same plug in it has reduced the suction rate in one side of the pump. It does make noise but not enough that it wakes my partner up, unfortunately I am unsure if it would wake my baby as she is still in the hospital as she was born prematurely. Having this pump makes expressing quicker which is helpful with 3 other children around. And it is also a very comfortable suction in comparison to other brands as the rate of increase is low each time I press the increase button, which increases to higher intensity without creating that shock feeling I've felt with the other brands. Love it
