I ordered a complete Fadini Combi 740 gate operator from an online retailer in Italy for delivery to Thailand. Unfortunately, due to poor packaging there was some minor shipping damage resulting in a cracked diecast bracket. Although I received a small credit as compensation the supplier showed no interest in sending me what I really needed which was a replacement part. Long story short, Russ at Arden Gates demonstrated what custiomer care is all about, my son received the part to his UK address today.
