The expertise and service from the surveyor has been very good and he has been accommodating and responsive when on site, but the speed of turnaround of reports - which has become critical - and in responding to emails (rarely answered) or phone calls (mobile and direct dial always to voicemail) has been very poor. This would appear to be because the consultant is constantly out of the office on site and has limited or no office support to deal with basic amendments to the report. This was Arbtech's supposed "rapid service", but the only rapid thing has turned out to be their invoicing - which is payment in advance, at a premium for a faster response! If you do need speed of service for anything more than something straightforward, I cannot recommend this firm.
