I have been asked to amend this review in light of requirements of the LPA, I do not hold this to be true as there are no trees, nor RPAs to be impacted, no trees will be lost in fact it was made clear all would be retained and indeed a desire to expand the number of trees on site was expressed. If it were true that all trees in the existing dwelling application boundary be included then many were missed, if the communicated application boundary was ignored then many were included that should not have been. Seems a bit like delivering a report that does not deliver the LPA requirements and instead delivers an over detailed, out of scope, report.
This is my original review:
Quick and efficient, didn't really listen to the scope of the plot area and undertook a tree survey that encompassed lots of arboriculture off plot. Resultantly the Tree Survey is longer than need be which then doesn't mention that the proposed site of the development will not impact any of the arboriculture listed.
