This is my first time encountering any development project and was caught by surprise that such surveys and site visits are a necessary legal requirement for the planning process. I was very distressed until I chose to move ahead with Arbitech. Josephine McCarthy who was the overseeing all my surveys required was a great host, she was able break every bit of the details and explain anything I did not understand along with importance of the task at every point I needed to know. She was literally amazing at her role, and I will definitely coming back to her for anything further we may be required for this project.
