So far so rubbish. Not clear on timeline. Not correct person named on report. Not receiving report via email unless phoning company to directly request it. £500 + initial consult with awful follow-up service.
Company booked on first survey and then due to slack follow up as described above said they were unable to accommodate the subsequent surveys except within a whole year timeline.
Not acceptable.
