where do i begin? ordered items for full bathroom suite at a cost of £835 including next day (26/4/19) delivery, most of the items were delivered however the panel for the shower was missing when we contacted the company, we were told that it had been damaged in transit and they were not aware until now. they promised to send a replacement out the following day, no replacement, after numerous phone calls, emails and letters to the directors, still no glass, on at least 5 occasions the item had been allegedly damaged by the courier. when it got to the stage where i could not speak to anyone due to a technical fault with the phones, i continued via email, sometimes i would get a response and sometimes not. they eventually offered £117 because they had not supplied the glass needed for the shower, this was supposed to have been within 1-5 days. that was 3 weeks ago. received an email yesterday saying that it would be 90 days before i could get a refund, i contacted my bank as they suggested, although i paid by debit card, my bank have today, paid the money into my account and they will recover from Aquashit!! i have had to buy a whole new shower enclosure which has cost £300 plus i have now got to pay for the other part to be removed and the new one fitted. this sham of a company have caused so much stress and sleepless nights and i do hope that they have gone out of business so others don't encounter what we and others have. Shocking company and liars.
