Shortly after less than two months, grab rails screws started getting rusty and now white panels having rusty stains, also silicone discoloured,Crome rail on sliding glass door is also getting rusty,phone number of time,email with picture to customer service, promises that when electric certified electricians come he’ll fix it,unfortunately he didn’t cary correct materials ,he took pictures and said he will report back to company and they will get back to you, still waiting? One month passed still waiting? I bought made in England,I strongly believe in buying British as a first choice,company is big but after care is questionable,I still believe that they can resolve this,by reassuring me , I hope to hear from them soon ;how long???
