The company's product and service were good but the delivery man's service was poor on two counts. Firstly, he rang the doorbell, left the package on the step and went back to his van before I could get from the kitchen to the front door, which took me about five seconds. When I opened the door I saw him getting back into the van and called out to him (to let him know I had the package) but it seemed he didn't hear me and he drove off. That was shoddy enough but to make matters worse I had specifically requested that if nobody was in (not that the driver had waited long enough to find out whether anybody was in!) then the package should be left with our neighbours at Number 21.
