Prior to dealing with you, I'd tried another company and after a week of waiting found it extremely frustrating when the parts didn't turn up and was unable to contact by phone or e-mail!. I had to use their own online procedure for problems that left a lot to be desired especially when you find out they didn't actually have it stock in the first place! It was a breath of fresh air to actually speak to a helpful human even though I thought you'd initially sent the wrong bits!. However another phone call put me straight right away, very grateful many thanks will be back again
