FRAUD ALERT - this is a fraud company. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews before I started the work with them. They took the contract for my conservatory in July last year and told me it will be done in 6 weeks. Since then every month they pushed the deadline by a month and eventually stopped picking up my call - "the excuse was we don't have caller ID and cannot see who calls". I finally sent them an email in Nov and said unless they give me a final completion date I will not allow them to enter my property to work and will take legal action. It was a problem for them because they must have ordered all the glass and frames. So they couldn't afford to lose the contract. They replied with a final completion date for 19th Dec. Again 19th Dec passed and the work wasn't even properly started after a gap of 2 to 3 months. They finally agreed to take £500 off for the delay. They partially finished the job on 30th Dec - setting up a fan was part of the contract. They haven't yet done that. Till date I have one ugly open wire hanging from the roof of the conservatory. I asked for all the electrical certification and warranty before I made the final payment and they replied by email that it will be sent to me on 4th January upon full payment. I made the full payment. They told me that the floor doesn't need to be self levelled and they didn't do that- even though they said earlier that they would do that. When Homebase came to fit the carpet they said that's the worst floor they have seen and they cannot fit carpet on it. It must be self-levelled. They went back and asked me to call them back once self levelling is done. I asked AP to do that and they were asking for additional money for the job. I got that done eventually by someone else. Since then I have been calling them every single day for THE ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY and sent them numerous emails - they simply aren't responding. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION NOW. My CONSERVATORY IS LEAKING NOW AND THEY DON'T PICK UP CALLS. They were extremely rude from the moment I started complaining. Most of the money they take in cash or ask us to pay to someone else's account - probably some tax fraud case. Their sales guy, Naresh (Mac) is a professional liar and a fraud. The kind of anxiety and chasing I had to go through for the last 6 months they were in the job, I wish no one goes through that. Do yourself a favour - RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. I know there are some good reviews and they were probably lucky - however you shouldn't put your money on luck.
