I'm very disappointed in your service. I've emailed twice and left a message to inform you that my last order was delivered to someone else at the other end of the country.
You haven't bothered to respond with even an acknowledgement of the issue.
You don't seem to have a problem with sending me emails to buy more stuff, or ask for a review,
But you do seem to have a problem responding to issues.
I wonder if this review will prompt a response?
I'm not holding my breath.
