I've had four orders with this company, and I've had problems with every one of them. Whether it's slow delivery, damaged goods and poor customer service response, or failure to implement 'Free Delivery', there's always a problem.
You would think after a couple of bad orders that I would learn, but I kept thinking that it had to improve. It didn't.
