Ordered 6 Miele appliances for my new kitchen - and was offered a good price. Excellent communication - through email and phonecalls. One item was faulty, and Appliance Superstore were quick to react: immediately replacing it, and arranging delivery and replacement at a convenient time for myself. Really excellent customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy through them again.
