The appliance hasn't been installed yet (awaiting worktop) but the service from Appliance Superstore was excellent. Laura in Sales was so helpful and made the whole process a lot easier by working out how much and what bits of ducting I needed. They also kindly held onto the hob while the kitchen was being fitted and sent it when requested safely packaged.
