Excellent. From the first meeting and explaining the various options open to us, but especially when we thought we had an issue with a hob we purchased. They were very attentive, helpful and friendly throughout the process - which turned out to be an issue on my side. The acid test for us is post-sales service: and Appliance Superstore did a really good job.
