Upon contacting them via WhatsApp, the matter was swiftly resolved. They efficiently processed a refund for the duplicate order and assured me that the original order would proceed without any issues. True to their word, all three deliveries were made as promised.
Feedback from all recipients was overwhelmingly positive, with each expressing delight at the freshness and beauty of the flowers.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Appleyard to others based on the quality of their products and the responsiveness of their customer service. However, I would suggest that they consider adding live chat support functionality to their website, as this would provide customers with an additional avenue for assistance, especially for urgent matters. Currently, their support is limited to WhatsApp messages or an email form, which might not be convenient for everyone.
Nonetheless, my overall experience with Appleyard was excellent, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
