I used to have excellent service from Appleyard London, but this year things changed, my flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s day nor on the next day, and the best the could do was say sorry and give me credit in my Appleyard account !
Instead of actually refunding the money to my card ! Their quality of customer service has declined significantly in the past year !!
