We ordered flowers for Mother for Mother's Day, it was her first week in the nursing home. The flowers arrived in the morning, as we paid for 'early morning' delivery. HOwever the vase which was part of the arrangement and the note were missing. We emailed Appleyard immediately following and to this date we haven't heard back from customer service.
We are very reluctant to order again which is a pity as we really like the design direction of the company.
