I’ve ordered before and have been generally happy, when things haven’t gone right there has generally been a pre thought of solution that I had no reason to reject.
This Valentines however I was less than impressed with the bouquet, the guard petals looked a bit dry and the flowers have failed to open despite following the instructions provided.
