I have used Parking Appeals and CCJ removals a number of times and find their service invaluable. I am aware that I could appeal myself and possibly win however the time and energy that it takes, not to mention the stress, is not something I have time for in my life currently. I think this service is efficient and so easy to use. I would far rather pay a fee to this team and take the headache out of my life, than take on the appeal system myself or pay unscrupulous parking companies who do not deserve my hard earned money. If I have a parking penalty that I feel is fair I will always pay it but when the company is not abiding by the statutory requirements I will always turn to Parking Appeals for help.
