The transfer was quick and in my account as expected. I received a transfer receipt to confirm the transaction. The service could be improved if the transfer receipt confirmed the amount of sterling being transferred, the exchange rate applied to the transfer, details of a fee, if applicable and the amount to be received in the overseas bank account. At the moment, the transfer receipt only confirms the amount to be received in the overseas bank account.
