Ordered some pillow pouches. Easy to order and they arrived on time. Quality of product is very good. However 13 of my overall order of 100 pouches had grubby fingermarks on them. On complaining I immediately received an apology and an assurance that these would be replaced. So overall I am satisfied although somewhere along the line the pouches have been handled by someone with dirty hands which I find a little distasteful.
