Very good service - the only reason I awarded four stars rather than five was due to an issue with the website. I first tried to pay using an AMEX card and put in my information without issue, but when I went to confirm payment the page did not update. I therefore changed my payment option to PayPal which went through smoothly. I had assumed only the latter payment went through, however I was alerted by APL of the duplicate order (very quickly) and was able to get a speedy confirmation of cancellation and refund. The staff on the phone were helpful and friendly!
