If the local store from Sunderland want to be national and taking seriously by shoppers, they need to make important changes. - delivery charges should be free over a certain amount. - returns through Collect + and should include return labels. - I ordered a shirt and pants, the shirt came in a very poor state fluffs all over, not pressed and looks like second hand from a charity shop. I would not recommend Aphrodite and will not consider them for my shopping in the future.
