You did not deliver today as you were supposed to. Customer service shocking too. Customer service suggested the driver was left to decipher and rearrange his deliveries accordingly. NEXT DAY IN MY OPINION MEANS NEXT DAY!!!!! NOT WHEN THE DRIVER FEELS HE WANTS TO DELIVER.
The retailer has refunded our next day delivery fee. Will see if the consignment turns up tommorow. If it doesn’t the credit card company will be contacted for a refund.
