terrible delivery company. Twice I have had parcels sent to me on 24 hour delivery. The first parcel took 2 weeks the second parcel I'm still waiting for 4 days late Always the same old excuse " We use agency drivers and they haven't turned up" or The driver had to go home for a family emergency. The latter one has been used twice for 2 different parcels. the poor guy must have a lot of family emergencies.
