Ordered from supplier Sun 26Nov. Supplier emailed on its way 0944 Mon27th with APC tracking number. APC website next day showed collected 1548 and arrived Portsmouth 0608 Tues28th - so far so good. Expected it by 1600 - their claimed latest delivery time and the service basis the supplier chose. Not received 28th and no sign of out for delivery on tracking. Weds29th I phoned APC Portsmouth - she said they had been very busy and she would look for it if she had a minute. Thurs30th contacted the supplier and they said they would chase APC. Fri 1stDec at 1025 received email from APC saying it was delivered on 28th at 1600! Looked on their tracking page and it claimed same thing - click on the link for the photo and surprise, surprise: "Delivery summary not available right now"! Phoned APC again: driver must have 'been on paper cos his scanner must have gone flat' - can't ask driver he's off, don't have his paper record. So does suddenly claiming, two days later, that you delivered on the dot of your final drop off time two days before, constitute fraud or not? All vote now...
