Annoyed Customer
Comedy of errors! Day 1 - Delivery window given then a text later to say delayed. Package one at delivery depot, pack 2 somewhere else. Day 2 - Delivery window given and time passes. Package one didn't leave the Delivery depot, Package 2 attempted at wrong house 2 streets. Ops manager assures me via customer services both packages delivered next day. Day 3 - Delivery window given and passes, custimer services concerned that driver not near me and going in opposite direction, been with them 2 days. Day 4 - Delivery window given I'm drop no 34, tracking not working again as told drivers scanner is broken. Delivery window comes and goes and customer services apologetic but has no clue what is goin on. An hour later I go to leave my house and a van turn up, success at last but nearly wasnt. Driver was only going to give me 1 of 2 packages of which he would had I not been there. This has to be THE worst service I have ever received from anyone over anything and I'm 52. PLEASE AVOID, DONT PURCHASE FROM PPL USING APC :(
