Notified me that my parcel would be collected (from my work address) between 16:50 and 18:50 on Tuesday. We close at 5pm, but I waited until 7. No collection, no apology.
The next day (Wednesday), a new notification tells me it will be collected between 15:30 and 17:30. I stay late again, but no collection.
This morning (Thursday), I have a new email, saying collection will be between 10 and 12:00. But I have an out of office meeting at 10, so I won't be here.
