Job booked ten days in advance for 8 till 12. Van failed to arrive. No communication until the last minute meaning someone waited four hours needlessly. Told pick up would be at 4pm so had to cancel as couldn’t wait any longer. Completely let down by poor organisation and total lack of communication .
