Not only were they 5 hours late but they broke things. I was promised a refund but only after complaining did they refund - £14 only! They think that makes up for the broken stuff, sever delay and extreme distress caused!
They showed no sympathy and as a disabled person I needed someone reliable and caring.
Lesson learned - for the same price I could have had a proper removal company move my home content!
