I'll just leave my email complaint, after going back and forth for months. The only offer they could give was £10 off the next time I use them. I'd never use them again. Rude driver - booked and paid for two people to help move a full house of furniture. He turned up alone, so we had to help. Helping actually meant that we did ALL the lifting and going up and downstairs. He drove the stuff to the new property where we waited for 3 hours as he did other jobs in-between, he half-assisted in unloading the van (dropped our property, and didn't care). Then just drove off, leaving us to move all the stuff up 2 flights of stairs ourselves (you actually pay to have them take things up the stairs). He forged my signature to say that I was happy with the competed job - despite a lot of my property being damaged. Contacted AnyVan for MONTHS afterwards and they took no responsibility for the fraudulent signature, or the fact we did most of the work (all but the driving). They didn't give a rats behind.
