Paid just under£1000 for a removal service, driver never turned up, after many calls a replacement driver was assigned, 6 and a half hours after scheduled time they arrive in a van nearly as old and battered as me but by this time if a one legged man with a donkey had turned up we would have taken it. Were offered a £35 refund which is frankly insulting. Made a stressful experience a complete nightmare. Save yourself time, money and sanity and go elsewhere
