Very unprofessional and rude person came with a driver,I didn't even ask for extra person with driver,started fighting with me over nothing,he doesn't know at all how to speak,left my bags and packed luggage in my flat and drove his van without even informing me that he is going and leaving my luggage behind,I had to took taxi afterwards to move my luggage.
Very bad service,now terrified thinking how they will drop my luggage safely the one they loaded on the van
