The young men who came to move my goods were polite and helpful, however, I was informed that my 3 seater sofa was not a sofa but a recliner! I had to pay £50 extra to have my reclining sofa moved. There is no one to talk to, just an automated system to agree the payment.
My advice would be ensure you know exactly what you are booking or be prepared for extra charges.
